Managing Partner | Basketball Player Development Coach at Performance Space Club
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
I started playing basketball in the third grade, inspired by my older brother. Most days were spent in the driveway-dribbling, shooting, and learning to love the process. Along the way, I also competed in swimming, tennis, and track & field, building a foundation in movement and discipline.
I continued playing through college, but after ankle surgery during my freshman year, a long rehab process shifted my path. That time led me into coaching, player development, and strength training-where I found a deeper passion for helping others improve. My coaching journey began with a collegiate team in Japan that went on to win the 2012 national championship. From there, I moved to Atlanta, where I continued my education while also tutoring math and chemistry, naturally developing my passion for teaching and coaching.
I later earned degrees in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science from the University of Georgia and joined the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, working in elite performance environments. That path brought me to the Bay Area, working with Stanford Men’s Basketball, and then to the Phoenix Suns, where I spent four seasons as part of a team that achieved a franchise-record 64-win season and a 2021 NBA Finals run.
Today, Performance Space Club is the continuation of that journey-a private training space focused on basketball development, health, and performance for all ages. Built on community and driven by performance, the goal is simple: provide high-quality coaching in a supportive, welcoming environment where people can grow, improve, and enjoy the process together. If you’re someone who values growth, consistency, and being part of something meaningful, you’ll fit right in here. This is a space to train with intention, connect with others, and continue becoming your best.
